Planning an event is difficult, time consuming and stressful. With so many factors and variations of what you need to make your event a success. The Candy Cart Company  have over 4  years experience in the event industry, with The Candy Cart Company being a fairly young (we like to think) and modern events team, we understand the new age problems of making your event stand out. We are happy to help with any questions that you may have regards any products or trusted advice on your event simply contact one of the event creators here at The Candy Cart Company .

(Q) I need to change the equipment I have booked, is this possible?
(A) Providing that you leave ample time this would not be a problem, we aim to be as flexible and friendly as possible.  

(Q) How can I pay for my event?
(A) We accept all payment types including Card, PayPal & Bacs payment.

(Q) What are the payment terms? Do I have to pay all at once?
(A) We require a  deposit upon booking confirmation, the rest can be paid as little or as much you like as long as full payment is received six weeks before your event due date.

(Q) Do you own all the products on your website?
(A) We certainly do! We pride ourselves in owning every product we operate, this means we can drive the price down and relay the savings to our customers. Year on year we upgrade older stock and we regularly purchase new products.

(Q) Can we try before we buy?
(A) We invite all of our clients to  meet a dedicated member of the events team, to discuss event and equipment before making any bookings. This in turn will give you piece of mind that you are making the right choice.

(Q) Is the equipment safe?
(A) All of our equipment is regularly PAT tested. Risk assessments are provided and we carry 5million PLI insurance. 

(Q) Can I have the equipment longer than I have originally booked for? 
(A) Not an issue, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange additional hours.
